1. Agreement

By accessing or using Crux (“the Service”) at cruxterminal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Crux provides

Crux is a data analytics platform that analyses AFL player statistics and bookmaker odds to identify bets with a potential mathematical edge. The Service provides:

• Algorithmic analysis of player prop bets across four Australian bookmakers
• Kelly Criterion stake sizing recommendations based on your bankroll
• A personal betting ledger and performance tracker
• Discord alerts for high-confidence opportunities

Crux provides data analysis only. It does not constitute financial advice, gambling advice, or a tipster service. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Crux.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws regarding gambling and betting.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person’s account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Pro Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Season Pass is a one-time payment covering the AFL season (approximately March–September).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are assessed case by case. Contact support@cruxterminal.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error has occurred.
• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share Crux output without written permission
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform or its underlying model
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials or subscription access with third parties

7. Responsible gambling

Gambling involves significant financial risk. You acknowledge that using Crux’s analysis does not guarantee profitable outcomes. We strongly encourage responsible gambling practices, including setting personal limits and never betting more than you can afford to lose.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Odds data will always be current or accurate
• Any bet identified by the model will be profitable

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Crux’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual property

All content, algorithms, and software comprising the Crux platform are owned by Crux and protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the Service.

10. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Material changes to terms will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
